Generously Donated by Harlan Estate and Meadowood

For nearly two decades, Harlan Estate has been committed to creating a California "First Growth" wine estate.  Bill Harlan and his team, led by the talented winemaker Bob Levy and irrepressible Managing Director Don Weaver, have created the stuff of enological legend on this fertile land.  Set in the western hills of Oakville, rising above the fabled Napa Valley benchlands, the estate is over 240 acres of natural splendor; oak-studded knolls and valleys, roughly fifteen percent of which are under vine, planted to the classic varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. But more than that, Harlan Estate is a family homestead; a place of great inspiration, carved from the raw land, built for generations.

Witness that inspiration for yourself and three guests as Don Weaver hosts you to an extremely rare and intimate tour and tasting of these impossible to get Harlan Estate wines.

If this sets your head spinning, not to worry, because you will have one of the best places to lay your head at the exquisite Meadowood Resort.  A four-course dinner for two coupled with wines, two 60-minute sumptuous massages and gorgeous two-night accommodations for a couple await you at this serene property located in a dream-like, two hundred-fifty acre valley.   Meadowood is reminiscent of a private estate in a bygone era. Gracious hospitality defines the style of service and timeless, natural beauty the sense of place.  The property features championship croquet lawns, seven tennis courts, a nine-hole walking golf course, hiking trails, swimming, and a full-service health spa.  (Gift certificate for this experience is available Sunday through Thursday and is not valid in September or October.)
